For the Love of Garlic is my little corner of the internet where I share all the yummy, healthy recipes I’ve discovered over the years. It’s like my personal recipe box, but one I get to share with you!

Here you’ll find a mix of recipes I’ve collected from cookbooks, magazines, online sources, and even some of my own creations. Most recipes here follow “clean eating” principles – using whole, nutrient-rich foods and limiting processed ingredients. But I’ve also kept some of my favorite indulgent recipes. Because let’s be real… we all need to eat a little dirty sometimes!

My goal? To make it easy for you, my family, and my friends to find simple, delicious recipes that support a healthy lifestyle.

Beyond the kitchen, I share pieces of my own journey from losing 110 pounds naturally at 60, to discovering new corners of the world through travel and celebrating life’s joys. Food is still at the heart of it all, but this site has grown into more than just recipes. It’s about sharing a lifestyle that feels healthy, joyful, and sustainable.
